We put the safety of our team, clients and their constituents above all else with our ongoing training processes and certifications.
We do a tough job. Our line of work can get difficult, and, without the proper training, dangerous. That’s why we nurture and improve our team by continuously expanding our Training Department. This encompasses our mobile training centers, equipped to simulate real onsite scenarios and activities, and what we believe to be the best preparation: On-The-Job, or OTJ supervised training.
Then, at the end of each quarter, our field managers take a look at our performance over time to find and discuss key past results, problem areas, industry developments and new training techniques to utilize moving forward.
